One of my favorite pictures of my father's childhood is my grandfather with the plate of scraps for the farm cats - and the cats with their claws stuck in the screen door. Looks like yours are attempting something similar! Bear has no patience either. He will run from his bowl to the kitchen and back - like it might mean he'll get his food faster!
